Subway Validates Avanti Omni-Channel Engagement, Order & Payment

Subway is working with a top-tier global consulting firm to validate brand-wide deployment and omni-channel capacity of the Avanti Commerce Platform.  We recently had the privilege to welcome the team to our offices here in Vancouver for several days of deep-dive technical diligence.  All parties were provided with unprecedented transparency in to the architectural framework and underpinnings of the Avanti Commerce Platform.

Paired with the fact that the Avanti Platform is already deployed in 27,000+ restaurants in the United States and Canada, Subway stated “it was impressive to see the strength and the flexibility of the platform you’ve built.” While Subway already uses the Avanti Commerce Platform for online ordering via the Web or mobile Apps, the team demonstrated its continued commitment to real omni-channel engagement by showcasing a few more digital experiences, including platform capabilities for in-store/drive-thru kiosks and digital menu boards.
