Company Founder

Jason Strashek, Founder and CEO

Led by a mobile commerce pioneer, Cardant’s founder, Jason Strashek, brings vision and experience to a rapidly evolving space. While the world was worrying about Y2K, Jason was living mobile commerce. In 2000, he piloted mobile strategies with internationally-recognized coffee and QSR brands.

Jason brings over 15 years of system integration and professional services expertise to Cardant. His considerable experience in stored value programs, remote payment systems, and business intelligence applications make him a visionary in the space. Prior to Cardant, Jason held lead positions with Stored Value Management, Inc. and Ontain Corporation. Key engagements included project and program management of card and mobile payment strategies for Subway, McDonald’s, Panera Bread, and Starbucks.

His further credentials include a MBA in Technology Management, from the University of Washington, and Bachelors in Commerce and Information Systems.

A tech gadget junkie himself, Jason gets the mobile customer because he is one: an early adopter, caffeine junkie, who’s always on the go.
